Return and Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for Exchange or Refund within 7 days of the merchandise's delivery date.
- Send a return or exchange request to email@example.com within 7 days from the goods receipt. Please include the Order Number, the Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned, state if the return is for an exchange or a refund and write the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
- Wait for Return Confirmation email that you will receive within 24hr.
- Clients can choose between two compensation options: Exchange and Refunds.
Exchanges can be made with any available item.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be credited to your original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days.
4. Send the package back to BRAND TRADE srl, Via A. Manzoni 112/b, 80123 Naples (Italy). The return shipment of goods is customer full responsibility. The expedition is at the risk of the Customer. SHOPATVOI.COM is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The articles must be returned in the same package in which they were received or same type.
Return delivery costs are on the back of the Customer (Do not send package back if you haven't received confirmation email from VOI)
OUR POLICY: The Items should be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and in the original packaging with hang tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
